Innerwear, lingerie, swimwear, and socks (due to hygiene concerns)
Customized or personalized items
Items marked as Final Sale or Non-Returnable

To initiate a return, simply follow these steps:
Email us at suport@zinglifestyle.com within 7 days of receiving your item.
Provide your Order ID, the product name, and a clear reason for return.
Attach photos if the item is defective or incorrect.
Our support team will respond within 24β48 hours with return instructions.
We offer free reverse pickup service in selected areas.
If pickup is not available in your location, you may be asked to self-ship the item.
In case of self-shipping, please pack the item securely and share the tracking details with our team.
Our return address will be shared with you once your return request is approved.
After we receive and inspect your returned product, refunds will be processed within 5β7 business days.
Refunds are made to the original payment method for prepaid orders.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer (youβll be asked to provide your bank details).
If the returned item fails our quality check, the refund will be declined and the product will be shipped back to you.
