Return & Refund Policy

1. Return Policy

We gladly accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided the following conditions are met:

  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in original condition

  • All tags, labels, and packaging are intact

  • The product is not listed under β€œNon-Returnable” items

  • You have the invoice or proof of purchase

🚫 Non-Returnable Items:

  • Innerwear, lingerie, swimwear, and socks (due to hygiene concerns)

  • Customized or personalized items

  • Items marked as Final Sale or Non-Returnable

  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper care

2. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, simply follow these steps:

  1. Email us at suport@zinglifestyle.com within 7 days of receiving your item.

  2. Provide your Order ID, the product name, and a clear reason for return.

  3. Attach photos if the item is defective or incorrect.

  4. Our support team will respond within 24–48 hours with return instructions.

3. Return Shipping

  • We offer free reverse pickup service in selected areas.

  • If pickup is not available in your location, you may be asked to self-ship the item.

  • In case of self-shipping, please pack the item securely and share the tracking details with our team.

Our return address will be shared with you once your return request is approved.

4. Refund Policy

After we receive and inspect your returned product, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

  • Refunds are made to the original payment method for prepaid orders.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer (you’ll be asked to provide your bank details).

  • If the returned item fails our quality check, the refund will be declined and the product will be shipped back to you.

5. Exchange Policy

We understand that size or style issues may arise. You may request an exchange for:

  • Wrong size

  • Defective or incorrect item

To exchange an item, email us with your Order ID and desired replacement. Exchanges are subject to availability. If a replacement is not available, we’ll initiate a refund instead.

6. Damaged, Defective or Wrong Items

If your order is damaged or you receive an incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Be sure to include the following:

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging
  • Order ID and description of the problem

We will arrange free return pickup and ship a replacement product or issue a full refund upon verification.

7. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped by emailing suport@zinglifestyle.com

  • Once shipped, cancellations are not allowed. However, you may still return the item after delivery.
