  • All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days of successful payment.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day.

  • During festive seasons or high-volume periods, processing may take a little longer, but we’ll keep you updated via email.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

  • Express Delivery (select areas): 2–4 business days

🌍 International Shipping:

  • Standard Delivery: 7–15 business days

  • Express Delivery (via DHL/FedEx/UPS): 3–7 business days

4. Shipping Charges

  • Within India: We offer free standard shipping on all domestic orders above ₹1999. Orders below this amount may incur a nominal shipping fee, which is displayed during checkout.
  • Worldwide: International shipping charges are calculated based on the destination country, total order weight, and shipping method selected (Standard or Express).
  • The exact shipping cost will be shown before you complete your purchase.

💡 Note: Occasionally, we run global promotions that offer free international shipping, so keep an eye out for special deals!

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international shipments:

  • Customs duties, VAT, import taxes, or any other applicable fees are not included in the product or shipping price.

  • These charges are the buyer’s responsibility and may vary by country.

If you refuse to pay customs charges and the item is returned to us, we will refund the product cost only (shipping fees will not be refunded).

8. Packaging & Care

All items are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. Fragile items are wrapped with extra care. If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the parcel and product.

9. Incorrect Address or Delivery Issues

Please ensure that your shipping address, contact details, and pin code/postal code are accurate at the time of order placement. Zing Lifestyle will not be liable for delivery failures caused by incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.
